About the company
Oxeye Technologies LLC — an independent software company for financial markets.
Oxeye Technologies LLC is a California limited liability company founded in 2026 by Sridhar Iyer. We design, build, and operate data-intensive software for people who care more about the model than the marketing.
What we do as a company
Oxeye Technologies LLC is a small, independent software studio. We focus on a narrow problem space — applying modern machine learning to public financial data in ways that are legible, validated, and consumer-shippable — and we build every layer of the products we release, from the ingestion pipeline to the iOS client.
Our work has three threads:
- Applied ML for public-market data. Time-series forecasting, feature engineering, and cross-validated ranking models, trained in BigQuery ML and deployed behind a thin FastAPI backend.
- Consumer products. Native iOS applications that make the model output useful without asking users to be quants. Oxeye, our flagship product, is the first of these.
- Developer and research tools. Reusable pipelines and evaluation harnesses that let us ship model changes safely. Some of this work may eventually be released as a separate product.

Why we exist
Every retail investing tool we had used before founding Oxeye Technologies fell into one of two camps. On one side: headline-chasing apps that show a big green number and hope you'll trade more. On the other: spreadsheet-heavy pro tools that assume you already know which ratio matters and how much.
Neither helps you answer the question that actually matters: given everything known today, which stocks are most likely to outperform over a meaningful horizon? That question has a real answer. It just requires rigorous data work, honest back-testing, and a willingness to publish the losses alongside the wins. Our products are the company's attempt at that answer.
What we make
Oxeye Technologies currently ships one product:
- Oxeye — an iOS app that ranks every liquid US-listed stock by expected 90-day return using an ML-learned composite score, backed by ARIMA forecasts and an LLM market outlook. See the Products page for details.
We have additional products in the prototype stage, including developer tooling for evaluating time-series models and a web-based research console. These will appear on the Products page when they're ready for external use.
Principles we hold to as a business
- Independent and self-funded. Oxeye Technologies LLC has no outside investors. Revenue (when it arrives) will come from users paying for subscriptions, not from selling data about them.
- No payment for order flow. We are not a broker-dealer and take no compensation tied to transactions.
- Validate before shipping. No model change reaches users until it has been back-tested on data it has not seen.
- Ship what we built. We don't white-label other companies' signals, and we don't rebadge third-party products. If it's in an Oxeye Technologies product, we wrote it.
Who's behind it
Oxeye Technologies LLC is operated by Sridhar Iyer, an engineer based in California who has spent the last two decades building data infrastructure, machine-learning systems, and consumer-facing apps. Sridhar is the sole operator and the point of contact for every inquiry — product, press, legal, or partnership.
You can reach him directly at sridhar@oxeye.tech or via the contact page.
Where we are
Oxeye Technologies LLC is organized under the laws of the State of California and operated from California, United States. Production infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform in US regions (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Firestore, Secret Manager). The iOS app is built with Expo / React Native and distributed via Apple TestFlight today, with App Store distribution to follow once Apple Developer Program enrollment is complete.
How we handle data
Oxeye Technologies LLC is the data controller for all information collected by its products and by this website. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement. In short: we don't sell user data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we delete it on request.
A short note on risk
Markets are not solved, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Oxeye Technologies products can only tell you what the data suggests today, and the data is frequently wrong. Please read the Terms of Service and treat anything you see in our products as one input among many.
